RETURNS POLICY
Customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of return any items that are faulty and were not categorised as such at the time of purchase.
Refunds may be refused for the following:
-If a customer damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it
-If a customer no longer wants an item
Any bespoke items produced by our workshop services cannot be refunded or replaced unless damaged or incorrectly produced. We require an email with images of the fault and an explanation before any replacement or refund will be given. We will always endeavour to replace anything that has been wrongly made or damaged beyond repair in transit, we may require a return if the perceived fault is not obvious.
